I stayed here on 24 and 25th Aug, I stayed here on 30th too. It's one of the best b&b I have stayed. I have heard many horrible stories about Sao Paulo. But after arriving here I felt safe. The hotel owner has upgraded me from shared room to own private room.
The whole hotel is impeccably decorated, the rooms are gorgeous and very spacious, the pools and spa are beautiful and both restaurants are absolutely delicious. If you are visiting São Paulo, you must stay here.
The hotel location was excellent which is close to República or Anhangabau metro station, rooms were on the large size, great buffet breakfast and staff were very friendly despite my non-existent Brazilian Portuguese but staff made a good attempt at speaking English. Due to hotel location it can be noisy when carnival is in full swing.

Museums are really good. If you can spare cash on food, the fine restaurants are amazing, if you cannot, you'll have to settle for standard quality/restaurant chains. Did not find middle ground. In summary: There is a lot of things to do in São Paulo, if you are stuck with pelo other better options.

Great part of Sãeste Paulo, with tons to do close by. The hotel is super trendy and the staff are easy going and attentive. The breakfast is awesome and finally, the shower gets hot If you want it to be!
We went by chance only, all family. The kids loved the aquarium, ibirapuera park is lovely for jogging, cycling or using the electric scooters. On Sundays the Paulista Avenue is closed to pedestrians only and you'll find all type of street parties going on.
Easily the most underrated city in Latin America. An entire encyclopedia could be written about what São Paulo has to offer and it still wouldn't cover everything. Getting around São Paulo is easy, but take into consideration traffic can be unsurmountable. Tourism should be done in batches in this city: pick one area, get there however you like (public transport, ride-sharing, etc) and explore it on foot itamar serpa e monique elias before having to use another mode of transport to either get back to your base or continue to another area.
People are warm and helpful although most of them don't speak english, they still tried their best to help us with directions. Waking tour is wonderful. We had a great time. Food is amazing. Plenty of good restaurants and bars around.
